Long bathsLong baths are not advisable since the prolonged contact that your skin has with water can dehydrate it and leave it looking dull. Eye careBlink your eyes for a while after washing them in cold water. Repeat this three to four times a day, and you'll have a sparkle in your eye. You can treat the dark circles under your eye by dabbing them with a cotton pad dipped in lukewarm tea water. If your eyes have a burning sensation, then you can put a drop of pure rose water in each eye to relieve it. Sun protectionSince skin pigmentation can change during pregnancy, it can be more susceptible to tanning and/or burning. Choose products with UV filters, and pay special attention to your face and hands since they are the most exposed. |
